AUCTIONEER'S NOTE: Miss Grunzke was 83 years old at her time of death.  She lived her entire life in Chicago, and was a world traveler.  Her heirs live here in Colorado, so had her personal belongings shipped and stored here.  Now being sold to settle her estate.  What is listed above is just a very small listing, most of this quality estate will not even be unpacked until auction day as we will be hauling right from the storage warehouse.  What we could see, is of new-like condition and high quality.  DO NOT MISS IT!!!
